Month to month, not a long-term agreement.

Rent is prorated when you move in. Rent is also prorated for move-out if move date is between the 1st and 5th of the month.

NO DEPOSIT.

Move-in costs will include a $5 bookkeeping fee.

Rent due date is 1st of month. A late fee of $5 is charged after the 5th.

Insurance is the responsibility of you the owner of the goods. Twin City Self Storage does not insure the items you store.

Rent payment can be made with a credit card.

You may reserve a space at no cost for 7 days by simply contacting the office and providing contact information.
